Maui2Molokai – Best Downwinder on the planet open for registration

Maui2Molokai-SUP-Race-downwinder

Handsome Bugga Productions announces the 4th annual World Cup of Stand Up Paddle, better know as the Maui2Molokai, the little brother of the Molokai2Oahu so to speak. Other than the Kaiwi Channel in the Molokai2Oahu, this race is 10 miles shorter but wind speeds in the Pailolo Channel are known to be the highest in the state of Hawaii. Insiders have know it for a long time, but this downwinder from Honolua Bay to Kaunakakai Harbor is probably one of the best in the world. Check out our pictures and posts from previous years.

Sign up just started and with the high demand for the Molokai2Oahu this is the next big race to take place in the state of Hawaii. So if you are already in Hawaii for the downwinder season, this is the race to go, because you also won’t need an escort boat for the race.
