The Adria SUP Challenge marked the 2nd stop of the SUP Alps Trophy and was the weekend right after the big Lake Rocks Festival. The podium on the men side went to three of the guys who were at the Faaker See the weekend before. Bastian Grimm is happy with his win this weekend over Damodara Mokhinuk and Christian Taucher. Bastian was 13th and Christian was 20th in Austria there they were 42 seconds apart and this weekend it was 1 minute 15 seconds.

On the ladies side we have to admit that we are not familiar with most of the names on the list. But we are happy to see Sabine Fische from Switzerland on the 3rd podium. She has been holding it down for the Swiss women since the departure of Anna Tschirky from SUP Racing. Great to see also the German junior Skadi Langbein with a great 4th place. She already made a great impression the weekend before in Austria. Petra Pyffrader is another name we have been watching over the years. She as been a regular at most local races and often achieves great results in the master class.
