DUOTONE Expands Its Touring Lineup

DUOTONE presents RAVEN and RAVEN BAMBOO—two new touring SUP hardboards designed for maximum efficiency

UOTONE is expanding its hardboard lineup with two new touring/freeracing models: the RAVEN and the RAVEN BAMBOO. Both boards are designed for paddlers who want to cover long distances efficiently without sacrificing stability and comfort. Inspired by the brand’s race boards, both models combine high glide performance with everyday practicality suitable for touring.

The new shape is based on the rocker profile of the FALCON D/LAB and is designed to provide exceptionally efficient gliding performance. According to DUOTONE, a narrow nose, wide midsection, and catamaran-inspired side planes ensure good directional stability and control, while the spacious deck layout with luggage straps makes longer tours easier. Both boards measure 12’6″ x 28.5″ (381 x 72.4 cm) and have a volume of 275 liters.

DUOTONE RAVEN – Efficient touring bike with a composite frame

The RAVEN is the standard version of the new touring platform and is manufactured using a CUSTOM CNC composite construction. A CNC-milled EPS core combined with a composite-wood sandwich is designed to offer a balanced combination of weight, stiffness, and comfort. DUOTONE particularly highlights the board’s smooth straight-line tracking, high glide efficiency, and stability, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced long-distance paddlers.

DUOTONE RAVEN BAMBOO – Premium version with lightweight bamboo sandwich construction

With the RAVEN BAMBOO, DUOTONE offers a higher-quality version of the same shape. While the dimensions remain identical, the Bamboo version features a FULL CUSTOM BAMBOO construction. The composite bamboo-PVC sandwich over a CNC-milled EPS core is designed to increase stiffness and enable more direct power transfer. At the same time, this construction reduces the total weight to 12.0 kg and promises high durability for intensive use.
