Hybrid carbon sandwich construction – lightweight, robust, durable
The innovative hybrid carbon sandwich construction offers the perfect balance of low weight, high strength and durability – at an attractive price.
We use lightweight 15 kg EPS blanks in the core. The top of the board consists of biaxial carbon fabric, several layers of fiberglass and a bamboo sandwich in the standing area. The underside is constructed with several layers of fiberglass and a full-surface bamboo sandwich.
Highly stressed areas such as the foil boxes and carrying handle are additionally reinforced with carbon. The extra-long boxes are also made of full carbon and guarantee maximum stability with minimum weight.
All inserts are anchored in durable PVC foam. The robust, pigmented outer layer reliably protects your board from scratches and UV damage – for long-lasting surfing fun.
