Andy Wirtz is the mind and heart behind Norden Surfboards, a brand that is deeply rooted in European surf culture. What began as a project of the heart has developed into a permanent fixture for surfers who value quality, authenticity and Nordic performance.
With a keen sense of design and functionality, Andy develops boards that are precisely tailored to the conditions of the European coasts – robust, well thought-out and with character. He develops his shapes in his store in Kiel, where experience and passion flow into his designs.

NEW Glider SUP 12’4 V3 CARBON ULTRA LIGHT
The new Glider combines longboard and touring designs and offers both speed and surfing characteristics. It is ideal for sporty SUPers looking for a versatile board. The Glider V3 has a more agile rocker line and softer rails, making it more maneuverable and controllable in moving water and waves.
It is much more maneuverable on the wave, starts more easily when paddling downwind and is also easier to control there.

Softtop SUP 12’TOUR

Touring SUP V3
The Touring SUP is ideal for flat water, rivers and open sea tours. With luggage nets at the stern and bow, it offers plenty of storage space. The full-surface EVA deck ensures comfort and good grip. The V-shaped bow reduces water resistance and increases speed. Rounded edges and a stronger rocker line improve control in choppy water and make it possible to surf small waves.

Pintail Pro SGT
The Norden Pintail Pro is a performance longboard SUP for those who want to incorporate a noseride or a stylish turn into their wave ride. The Pintail 10’0 is suitable for both surfing and paddling on flat water for riders up to 90 kg, the Pintail Pro 9’6 for riders up to 85 kg who mainly want to surf.

Freerace V2 – SUP Race Board
The Freeracer is ideal for part-time racers, adventurers and downwind enthusiasts. The new version has a narrower nose that displaces less water and a rolled bottom shape that offers less drag. The deck is lowered in the standing area for more stability, while the flat tail improves maneuverability. The Freeracer has a handle option for racing and additional sockets for a stowage net. It is built in our Carbon Ultra Light construction to offer the lightest possible board.
With these new design elements, the Freeracer is faster and yet remains easy to use.
