We all remember Travis Grant as one of the big forces in SUP Racing. He won countless races all over the world. He was an M2O champion, he won the Battle of the Paddle, and so many EURO TOUR Races. Travis also competed in the APP World Tour and has been a commentator for them as well. The pandemic educed lock down in 2020 forced Travis to put a paus on his competitive SUP career and pretty much stay put at home on O’ahu which he been calling his home for over 10 years.
I was on O’ahu last last week and reached out to Travis for an interview. We both had busy schedules but he made it work and we found a moment to talk about his career and the SUP Sport now days.
