The next season of the GWA Foil World Cup is starting with a bang. 80 riders from 30 countries found themselves on the beaches of Leucate at the “Munidal du Vent” in France.
With Zane Schweitzer the SUP World as another overall great waterman joining the ranks of the wingfoil elite. I sure love his statements in this video where Zane once again takes a humble approach and opening his mind to learn from the best in the sport.

It is great to see how the sport of wing foiling is exploding and how more and more people from all sorts of sports a joining in. This is really show casing the versatility of foiling and we have not even touched the aspect of flat water foiling. The only thing that worries me is that with all the “twirly-wirly” rotations the sport will become too abstract too fast.
