SUP Douro Race 2021!
On October 16th and 17th, the Douro River comes back to life with two unique Stand Up Paddle competitions!
On Saturday, Gondomar receives the Douro Race Sprint, in a total route of 6km, as well as the adapted SUP event.
On Sunday, Porto and Gaia will host the Downwind World Paddle Race, a 17 km course between the river and the open sea, starting at Jardim do Calém, passing through the Douro Marina and arriving at Praia da Aguda.
An event that will put to the test the resilience of some of the best Stand Up Paddle athletes in the world and that will deliver the national titles in the discipline.
