Tofino Women’s Adventure Retreat

This retreat is a celebration of women’s camaraderie, set against the backdrop of the stunning Vancouver Island coast. It is a unique blend of outdoor activities, healthy living, and immersion in nature, designed specifically for women. The participants will paddle along the breathtaking Clayoquot Sound, hike through the temperate rainforest, and even get a chance to surf on Mackenzie beach.

Algonquin Park SUP Wellness Retreat

Blue Jellyfish SUP Adventures offers a 4-day, 3-night paddleboarding adventure in the breathtaking Algonquin Park. Ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, this trip gives you the opportunity to explore Ontario’s stunning landscape via its classic waterways at the peak of fall colors.

Based at Nipissing Cottage & Cabins on Kawawaymog Lake, participants can enjoy a blend of adventure and relaxation – paddle through pristine wilderness by day and unwind in a floating sauna by night. The trip also includes paddle-specific breathwork, meditation and movement sessions, and delicious gourmet meals crafted by a private chef.

Participants will learn basic to advanced flatwater SUP skills, including efficient paddle strokes, foot positions, edging, rescues, navigation, and trip planning. This journey is more than just a trip; it’s an immersive experience that connects you with nature and enhances your SUP skills in a supportive and serene environment.
