Wake up, early bird run, huge breakfast, relax, training on SUP, good lunch, take a nap, training on SUP, chillout, weightlifting at the gym, nice dinner, party, sleep, repeat.
You can choose the training load and the program / trainings you like. Nothing ist mandatory, everything possible.
