It was great to meet Andrey Kraytor the former Olympian at the ICF SUP Worl Championships in BalatonfĂĽred. I really enjoyed his energy and enthusiasm for his new life in the SUP Sport. This interview took place before the races took place and as we all know he was not able to win his bet to beat Connor Baxters time in the Sprint from back in China. I have the feeling this time will be standing for quite a while.
Even though he did not make it into the A Final in the sprints looking at all the times paddled in the sprint finals he had the 4th best time with 50.82 seconds over 200 meters. Per the IFC time keeping Connors time is 46:38 seconds in China. That time was not even touched by anyone this time.
