viRACE a worldwide virtual SUP Race

Are you read for the first virtual STAND UP PADDLING EVENT 2021 – SUP SPRING TROPHY 2021 – WORLD STAND UP PADDLING CHALLENGE 2021


Grab your SUP board and take part in one of the virtual SUP Spring Trophy Races from May 14th – 16th, 2021 – no matter WHEN & WHERE – paddle on the given distances to virtually compete against your SUP friends or improve your personal minimum times. Immediately after paddling, your result will be published in the viRACE app with ranking.

ABOUT VIRACE
viRACE is an app that enables paddlers to take part in a “virtual” event for the first time. It can be used as a compensation offer after an event has been canceled, as a training tool or simply for fun by all paddlers – live updates regarding results of the other participants and the marked favorites are available directly via headphones. There are also route-specific announcements for additional motivation during the challenge.

Timing, registration and tracking will be performed directly via the app. There is also the option
of a GPX upload via the website https://virace.app

HOW DOES IT WORK

  1. Choose the challenge & buy your raceticket
  2. Download the viRACE app for Android & iOS
  3. Log in the viRACE app – the account will be created with your Raceticket
  4. Let’s start the race!

TIP: Take your smartphone and headphones with you, for live updates on the water – you will
get acoustical feedback of your split times and rankings compared to your friends – there are also
other features!

THE ENTRY FEE OF 8€ INCLUDES:
• Access to the viRACE app with timing & ranking
• Startnumber (for printing)
• Certificate (for printing after paddling)
• Participation at the SUPer contest
• Exclusive finisher-medal (optional)

SAFETY & FAIRNESS
We plead for safety & fairness in sports – every participant must ensure that their health and
physical condition meets the requirements for participating in the virtual competitions. Virtual
competitions are held accordingly to the respective associations in your country and the ISA & APP
rules!
