The European SUP League (ESL) 2026 continues to strengthen its position as one of Europe’s leading stand-up paddle racing circuits, introducing new logistical support designed to make international participation easier for athletes.
To reduce the challenges of traveling with large race boards across multiple countries, the ESL has announced special board rental and equipment transport services that will be available throughout the entire 2026 tour. The initiative is designed to support both professional and amateur competitors competing across the international SUP racing calendar.
Simplifying Travel for SUP Racers
Transporting race boards across borders has long been one of the biggest logistical hurdles for athletes competing on international SUP tours. Airline oversized luggage fees, complex travel routes, and the risk of equipment damage often increase costs and stress for competitors.
With the new board rental and equipment transport program, the European SUP League aims to streamline travel between events and make the circuit more accessible for athletes traveling from different countries. The initiative is expected to benefit both European competitors and international racers who want to compete on the tour without transporting their own boards.
The 2026 ESL season will feature competitions across the three major stand-up paddle racing disciplines:
- Sprint
- Technical Race
- Long Distance
