The Swiss foil scene is getting ready for a big day on the water: the Small Foil Event at Strandbad Mythenquai will turn the heart of Zürich into a playground for everyone who loves foiling — from curious beginners to experienced riders.
Organized by SUPkultur, this unique gathering promises a day full of action, innovation, and community around the fastest-growing water sport in Europe: pump foiling.
A Celebration of Foiling for All Levels
The event is designed for everyone — kids, adults, newcomers, and pros alike. From 11:00 to 17:00, Strandbad Mythenquai will offer the perfect stage for:

- 🌊 Wake foil and freestyle sessions behind the boat

A large test center by Indiana and Prolimit will allow visitors to try the latest boards, foils, wetsuits, and accessories — perfect for anyone curious about upgrading their setup or stepping onto a foil board for the first time.
Registration and Pricing Details
Participation is free for spectators, but some activities require registration.
- 🛥 Wake Foil Boat sessions cost CHF 140 per hour (per slot).
- 🏄 Pump foil courses are available for all levels, with many offers free for kids and youth.
- 👟 Equipment like wetsuits, helmets, neoprene shoes, and impact vests can be rented for a small fee.
- 🪖 For young participants, full gear is often included in the price.
All participants must sign a waiver on site before entering the water. Kids can join without parents on site if the signed waiver is provided.
