European SUP League 2025 to Conclude in Sesimbra on November 15–16
After a season of growth, the European SUP League (ESL) 2025 will officially wrap up with its final event in Sesimbra, Portugal, on November 15–16, 2025. The closing competition will be part of the SUP Festival Sesimbra, organized in collaboration with the Surf Clube de Sesimbra, bringing athletes, clubs, and fans together in a spectacular year-end celebration of stand-up paddleboarding.
Inagural Season Across Europe
The 2025 calendar featured a dynamic mix of technical races, long-distance challenges, and sprint formats, all integrated into major international events such as the Battle for Hercules, Festival Triple S, and the World SUP Festival Costa Blanca.
Stops in Benalmádena, Melilla, and Santa Pola highlighted the league’s expansion, attracting a good number of international athletes, diverse audiences, and a more robust organizational framework. With a clear mission to unify efforts across the continent, the ESL has provided opportunities for athletes of all ages and levels, reinforcing SUP as an inclusive, sustainable, and future-oriented sport.
